Refund Policy
At WORLD Casa e Jardim, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return based on the conditions below.
Timeframes

Customer Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days after receipt.

Visible Damage (Broken items, missing parts, scratches, etc.): The customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes quality analysis, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another item in stock.

Receive a refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect to: lfelipels@hotmail.com.
Exclusions from Warranty:
